Hi. Just want to give you an update on where I am now. Just got back from physical and occupational therapy, which took up most of my morning and a bit of my afternoon. So I'm going to try to keep this short. I'm going to be making a movie. That's a big announcement right there. I'll be directing. It's a short film, about 10 minutes. It's called “Absolution”, and we've sent out a casting call for my film as well as several others that are part of the 10th Wave of Charm City Filmmakers. So this is huge for me. It's been remarkable getting to this point. I never thought I would do this, actually, but I'm very glad to be doing it now. And I also want to say that this book is absolutely, I can barely really force myself to close the pages. I mean, I really am enjoying the story.
I want to just drink the words in. They're so well put. And I love Joanna, the daughter of Sherlock Holmes. She's just a great character. I love the way she interacts with Watson, the father and the son. So she's married to the son and the Watson from the previous Sherlock, the original Sherlock Holmes is there to add commentary and colorful comments now and then reminisce a little bit. It's nice. I love it. I really do love it. And in the most extraordinary development, I now have one of these.
I can cover the Supreme Court again if I want to. That's something that I don't usually talk about. I used to cover the Supreme Court at one point. It was back in the early two thousands. Yeah, that was back when I was with Federal Filings, and they were owned by Dow Jones. And because Dow Jones had a reporter covering the Supreme Court already, eventually I was taken off that beat, which was to my sorrow, because it was a really, really interesting beat to cover, I got to tell you.
So anyway, having said that, I spent the weekend even though it was like 60 degrees out, so involved in giving notes on things, screenplays and so forth, that now I've cleared the way to be able to read this again. This will be the second reading for Pulp Fiction. And I got to tell you, I am enjoying it thoroughly. I just enjoy the way Tarantino expresses himself in words, in the script. That's it. That's all of it, and I'll be seeing you. Take care. See you.
